How to Submit a DMCA Notice
To file a DMCA notice, provide the following information in writing:

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, along with the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Tikcal.com may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content in compliance with the DMCA unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the user.
Repeat Infringers
We take copyright infringement seriously and reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
